I am a certified Fender Guitar Technician for both electric and acoustic guitars, with hands-on experience in professional setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and performance care. My work includes complete electric and acoustic guitar setups, neck-relief and truss-rod adjustment, nut and saddle optimization, action and intonation calibration, fret inspection and corrective work, pickup installation and replacement for both electric and acoustic guitars, pickup-height adjustment, electronics diagnostics, hardware servicing, finish touch-up and cosmetic repair, structural crack repair and stabilization, and overall playability and performance optimization. I also have experience servicing and repairing mandolins and banjos, including setup, adjustment, hardware maintenance, and general playability issues.

With experience working as one of the main guitar technicians at Long & McQuade’s Calgary Chinook location, one of the company’s busiest stores in the region, I have developed extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of electric guitars, acoustic guitars, basses, playing styles, and player preferences. Working in such a high-volume retail and service environment has strengthened my ability to diagnose problems efficiently, communicate clearly with musicians, and tailor each setup to the individual instrument and the specific needs of the player.
